You can build up the 10K distance in the week before the sponsored walk/run and complete your distance on the day. This means those of us unable to complete 10K in one go, can do it at their own pace.
We still want everyone to join us on Saturday, May 27 for our annual fundraising event so please bring your 10K Progress Record (and sponsorship) with you on the day.
We have three routes available on the day: 10K; 6K and 1K. You can let us know on the day which one you need to take part in to complete your 10K Challenge.
Remember, you can walk or run your 10K, or a mixture of both. It's entirely up to you.
